Welcome to `Just Dance!
Just Dance is an intermediate/advanced role playing site that takes place in New York. The city has a prominent dance school by the name of Clarksbury that every dancer hopes to attend to sky rocket their career. The scouts come to all of their concerts looking for the ones who can make it into the big time Broadway shows, and even in film and television.
The setting is present time New York, and as always the city is bubbling with life and culture. Lights, excitement, and those things that your eyes will grow wide in amazement with. In the city that never sleeps, you never really know what the city will have in store for you. Some are natives, and others are tourists...most stuck in the middle of absolute chaos wondering what on earth they had gotten themselves into. New York City, the big apple and the light at the end of a very dark tunnel.
However, thousands of shops and different places to visit are low on the totem pole for what this city has planned for a group of aspiring dancers. At Clarksbury School of Dance in this city, they will whip them into shape for upcoming performances that their future careers will stand on. Scouts come from all over the globe to witness this group of young enthusiasts dance their hearts out before their very eyes...and even that isn't enough for some.
Sure, most of the students have the technique and body mechanics down, but do all have what it takes emotionally and mentally? Performing arts are not for the kind of heart, where the world takes a brutal turn. Even if your body is up to the standards set by the many different instructers, chances are you'll cry like a baby after the very first warm up. Broken bones and baby tears have no place here.
Will you be the one to make it into the professional world of the dancers? Broadway or maybe a dance company...? You'll never know until you experience it. Push yourself to the max, above and beyond and you'll never know what you're capable of.In the city that never sleeps,
neither do the dancers.
